Our light and airy meeting spaces include the Star Sapphire Ballroom, accommodating up to 500 guests, the Emerald Ballroom which features floor-to-ceiling windows and can accommodate up to 250 guests, and a 24-seat state-of-the-art multimedia theatre. Guests can also choose our spectacular Chairman’s Suite Terrace, offering a unique and intimate setting for dinners of up to 40 guests or receptions of up to 60 guests.

In addition to Fairmont Pacific Rim menu presentations, customized menus are available upon request. To ensure the availability of menu items, all selections should be submitted to our catering team at least two weeks prior to your scheduled event. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ENCORE® is the official audio visual contractor to the hotel and maintains a fully-staffed office on-site. They provide complete audio visual planning services, skilled technicians and state-of-the-art equipment that are responsive to your every need. An outside audio visual supplier fee will be levied when an external audio visual company is used.
