A minimum of 3 days' advance booking is required for excursions. A 72-hour free-of-charge cancellation policy applies for bookings made within the 3-day lead time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge.

Guests may choose one (1) half-day excursion from the available options at the time of booking.

Each excursion is valid for 2 adults and 1 child per stay. Additional guests may be subject to supplementary charges.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the itinerary and provide alternative or feasible water activities within the marina reef area.

No refunds or financial compensation will be provided for any unused or unredeemed activities included in the package.

Advance reservation is required for all excursions and water sports activities.
