Reservations are available daily from 11:00am - 2:30pm for lunch. From 2:30pm onwards, tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation of the Omakase experience, otherwise full payment for the experience will be collected. Fairmont Pacific Rim offers convenient on-site self-parking and valet services.
