Sips of Wellness is a restorative and refreshing change to your daily routine. Within the program you will find short and easy to follow videos powered by our partners at Three Sages, divided into five categories. Videos range from 5-25 min in length and will focus on five 5 key modalities of wellness: Yoga, Stretching, Mindfulness, Breath work and Sleep, all to be enjoyed in the comfort of your guest room
