Blue Water Cafe
A converted 100 year old warehouse with exposed brick and timber is the backdrop for this dynamic room.  Private wine cellar, raw bar and seafood keep everyone coming back for more.  Must try - seafood tower, Pacific Rim Seafood Soup.  

Located on the Stanley Park Seawall, Cardero’s, popular with locals, offers pub and casual restaurant dining with a focus on seafood and view of the mountains.  Live music Sunday-Thursday from 8:30pm.  Must try – wild Pacific Salmon.

Self-described as “an unpretentious fling with fine dining”, Chambar has been a favourite in the city for the past five years.  Excellent Belgian inspired cuisine and great service ensure the crowds continue to flock here.  Must try – moule frites and any one of the beers from the extensive Belgian-based list.

Cin Cin
Hidden on the second floor, with a cozy outdoor terrace, this vibrant room features the warmth of Tuscany and the high-energy profile of Rome.  Award winning Mediterranean Italian cuisine with regional influences.  Must try -  prosciutto appetizer, veal osso bucco and chicken from the wood rotisserie.  Extensive wine selection.

Ideally situated in the city centre, Coast bustles with action from the moment you arrive.  Customize your chowder with the freshest seafood at the Raw Bar, enjoy the view as much as the cuisine from the mezzanine or nestle over drinks and tapas at O Bar.  Must try – Signature Chilled Platter or Signature Seafood Platter.

A steak with attitude; this high energy space offers casually elegant service on the main level as well as mezzanine dining with the “see and be scene” crowd enjoying cocktails and live music in the lounge.  Menu features a wide variety of top cuts, all Canadian Prime.  Must try – the Porterhouse, of course!

Italian Kitchen
A fresh take on the “old country”, Italian Kitchen blends old-world charm with modern luster.  The simple, yet delicious multi-regional fare is perfect for intimate dinners or “con famiglia”.  Must try – beef carpaccio, spaghetti wth spicy Kobe meatballs.

Le Crocodile
A classic French restaurant offering an elegant, yet warm, fine dining experience.  For more than 20 years, in tribute to Au Crocodile, the three star Michelin restaurant in his hometown of Strasbourg, Chef Michel has pleased the palettes of Vancouverites with his award winning cuisine.  Must try – foie gras and roast duck.

Market by Jean-Georges
Culinary focus of this Jean-Georges restaurant is seasonal, regional ingredients with particular emphasis on fresh, local seafood.  The room is contemporary and warmed by soft lighting and colour palette.  Must try – Rice cracker crusted tuna, arctic char and grilled lamb chops.

For the sushi connoisseur, Tojo’s is a must.  Sit at the sushi bar with Tojo, order the omakase (chef’s arrangement) and enjoy the wonders of his fresh, original and superbly orchestrated presentations.  Must try – Tojo roll, Great Canadian roll and tuna tataki.
