From annual meetings to innovative product launches, Fairmont Pacific Rim has become Vancouver’s premiere destination for unforgettable meetings. 

Fairmont Pacific Rim has partnered with leading global production company ENCORE® to set the stage for hybrid event solutions for all types and sizes, from boardroom to conference to convention. With the safety and well-being of guests in mind, we offer Meetings Made To-Order. These corporate meeting packages include well-planned physical distancing lay-outs, individual meal boxes and more. Fairmont Pacific Rim is also offering Temporary Office Space for those looking for a quiet place to work, featuring complimentary parking, WIFI, coffee & tea service and more. 


Event Spaces

The light and airy meeting space includes the Star Sapphire Ballroom accommodating up to 500 guests, the Emerald Ballroom featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that can accommodate up to 250 guests, two boardrooms, four meeting rooms and a 24 seat state-of-the-art multimedia theatre. In addition to these distinctive meeting rooms, guests also have the opportunity to select the spectacular Chairman's Suite Terrace, offering a unique and intimate setting for dinner events of up to 40 guests, or receptions up to 60 guests.
