Since opening our doors, Fairmont Pacific Rim has set the stage for extraordinary meetings, events, and celebrations. Fairmont Pacific Rim’s accomplished team of experts, from skilled event managers to award-winning chefs, will guide every step of the planning through creative culinary experiences, artful touches, and personalized service set within beautifully designed event spaces.

Event Spaces

The light and airy meeting space includes the Star Sapphire Ballroom accommodating up to 500 guests, the Emerald Ballroom featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that can accommodate up to 250 guests, two boardrooms, four meeting rooms and a 24 seat state-of-the-art multimedia theatre. In addition to these distinctive meeting rooms, guests also have the opportunity to select the spectacular Chairman's Suite Terrace, offering a unique and intimate setting for dinner events of up to 40 guests, or receptions up to 60 guests.
