Willow Stream Spa Experience
Upon entering the spa you will be escorted to our change room, assigned a locker and invited to change and await your provider in one of our calming lounge areas. For capacity reasons, you are welcome to enjoy our Jacuzzi, mineral bath, dry sauna, steam room, fitness centre, and indoor lounges two hours pre or post-service.
Reservations
Willow Stream Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim is only accepting reservations online at this time for guests 18 years and older. We encourage hotel guests to book spa appointments at the time of guestroom reservation. To best accommodate your request, we recommend scheduling appointments three to four weeks in advance. Food and BeverageWe are delighted to reintroduce light food and beverage options to your spa experience, and our menu can be found online here. Orders may be placed at or prior to check-in, to arrive during your allocated facility experience. Spa Access
Spa Access is available for 3 hours for hotel guests at $54.00, and local guests at $89.00, and can be booked here. Please take note of our health measures, cancellation policy, and facility access instructions which apply both for services and spa access.
The Nordic Spa
The self-guided experience is available daily for hotel guests from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m., bookable in 90-minute time slots for $35.00. On Monday to Thursday, the experience is available to members of the public for $149.00, which includes access to Willow Stream Spa facilities, the fitness centre and movement studio. Non-hotel guests who are booked in for a treatment at Willow Stream Spa can upgrade their experience to include The Nordic Spa access for $60.00. Reservations are required.
One-hour Yoga sessions are available on Thursday mornings at 7:00 a.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. for an additional $29.00 for hotel guests, and $178.00 for non-hotel guests which includes The Nordic Spa and Willow Stream Spa access. Reservations are required.
Spa Arrival and Etiquette
With your relaxation in mind, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled treatments. Please ensure to note the spa hours of operation to best plan your visit. To accommodate all guests, each treatment will conclude at the scheduled time, regardless of start time. To keep the spa peaceful and protect the privacy of all guests, cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted in the spa.
Health Matters
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking (e.g. high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy). Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after treatments is not recommended. You will be asked to complete a Wellness form upon arrival, so your spa professional can better customize your experience to meet your needs.
Parking
Spa guests are invited to valet park or use our self-parking located at the hotel. Parking is available to our guests at a rate of $20.00 dollars, for a maximum of 6 hours, while you are at the spa. After that time, regular fees will apply. Valet payments will be handled through our Guest Service Team. Should you wish to self-park, please ensure to register your vehicle with spa reception instead of using the pay station. Monthly parking options available.
Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel any spa reservations please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Cancellation of an Energy Journey requires 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% for reserved services.
Spa Attire
Our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy; however, for your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments. Swimsuits are required in some areas of the spa. We ask that you leave jewelry and valuables at home where ever possible. Willow Stream Spa and Fairmont Pacific Rim are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Taxes
Local taxes will be added to all spa services and packages.
Service Charge
Excellent service is guaranteed. A service charge of 18% is added for your convenience for every service, received entirely by your provider. If you wish to provide an additional tip to the staff members who served you during your visit, please feel free to do so.
