The man who checked my bag because my room wasn’t ready yet when I got there was very nice. Very comfortable stay.

Did not receive room with King bed. Boxes, trash cans, dirty dishes in hallway when I arrived. Dead floral arrangement outside my room door which sat there for three days.

The only complaint I have is we arrived at 320 on Saturday April 13 and our room was not ready. We got our room at 405 and the wedding was at 430. I was glad that I got ready with the exception of changing into wedding attire at home. When a block of rooms is reserved for a wedding. Housekeeping should make them a priority so guests are able to check in on time.
