There are eight (8) ADA accessible rooms at the hotel.
These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.
Pets of all sizes are welcome at the hotel for a fee of $50 per stay.
The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest.
Guide dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
A safe is located in each guest room and suite for your convenience.
Guest services
Bellmen are located at the main Market Street entrance to the hotel.
They are happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
We offer daily housekeeping and turndown service during your stay.

The Guest Services/Concierge is available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Main Lobby of the hotel. Contact them directly at pgh.concierge@fairmont.com. The Front Desk is available 24/7.
The Guest Services/Concierge Desk is also pleased to manage package handling and delivery for our hotel guests and in-house events. Charges apply based on package weight (no handling fees apply for outbound packages).
