A national curfew is in effect in the province of Quebec between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. In accordance with this restriction, we request that hotel guests remain in their room and refrain from visiting public areas of the hotel during curfew hours.

There is also a prohibition of public or private gatherings. In accordance with this restriction, we ask hotel guests to refrain from welcoming guests to their room.

Wearing a mask is mandatory in indoor public spaces throughout Quebec. It is therefore mandatory to wear a mask inside the hotel at all times. Masks can be removed in bars/restaurants once you are seated. The regulation applies to everyone aged 12 and up, although children as young as two are also encouraged to wear a mask.

A vaccination passport and photo ID is also required for Quebec residents age 13 and older.

The places and activities limited by this measure inside the hotel are: Nacarat bar and terrace, Rosélys restaurant, meetings and events, wellness center (gym), swimming pool and the show Celeste by Cirque Éloize. 

You will need to show a QR code that contains your protection status as proof of vaccination against COVID-19. You can show proof in one of three ways: on paper, in a PDF on your mobile device or on the VaxiCode application. Whichever method you choose, you must also show photo ID.

People travelling to Québec must show photo ID and proof issued by their country or Canadian province that they have had two doses of one of the following recognized vaccines: Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covishield or Janssen (only one dose required).

In compliance with the most recent Quebec Government health measures, we have adjusted our services as follow:


Rosélys restaurant: Temporarily closed

Kréma café: Wednesday to Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

In-room dining: Daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

Nacarat bar: Temporarily closed

Marché Artisans: Temporarily closed

Fairmont Gold Lounge: Temporarily closed. If you have a reservation for a Fairmont Gold room, a special in-room dining offer will be prepared for you.


Indoor pool: Temporarily closed

Moment Spa: Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Hours are subject to change without notice) 

Saunas: Temporarily closed

Hot tub: Temporarily closed

Wellness center (gym): Temporarily closed


Performances of Celeste scheduled between December 21, 2021 and January 29, 2022 inclusively have been postponed. At this time, tickets purchased for performances scheduled between February 2 and May 28, 2022 remain valid.
