Once out of the oven, enjoy your creation on the spot – solo or shared!   Maple Pastry Workshop - Saturday, March 21 Discover the refined art of puff pastries during a demonstration followed by a hands-on session. Guided by our pastry brigade, you’ll learn the secrets of choux pastry, assembly techniques, and decoration. Take home our exclusive recipe to recreate these delicacies at home.   Easter Workshop - Saturday, April 4 Unleash your creativity by decorating your own festive eggs to take home and share.

As part of Montréal en Lumière, Rosélys invites you to experience two exceptional evenings celebrating culinary creativity and collaboration.    On February 26, Chef Arnaud Marchand, renowned for his expertise in Québec’s boreal cuisine, joins us for a five-course experience inspired by the philosophy and identity of his celebrated establishments.    On March 6, Chef Fisun Ercan brings her heartfelt interpretation of modern Turkish cuisine to Rosélys with a five-course menu showcasing signature creations and Mediterranean influences, offering a vibrant and generous culinary experience.
