Join us for Brunch & Paint, in collaboration with Canvas Club.   The idea: enjoy a gourmet buffet brunch, then dive into a guided painting workshop on a tote bag. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to try something new, a Canvas Club expert will be there to offer tips, inspiration, and hands-on guidance throughout the session.

Join us for an afternoon of mystery, flavour, and festive fun as we celebrate Halloween with a special edition of our Afternoon Tea. On November 1st, our elegant service takes on a seasonal twist, with a menu inspired by autumn’s harvest and crafted with a playful nod to Halloween. Expect decadent sweet treats and savoury bites reimagined with a touch of the unexpected, deliciously enchanting and a little bit wicked.   To heighten the experience, guests will also be invited to take part in a tea leaf reading, adding an air of intrigue and magic to the occasion. 

On November 2, gather the family for a brunch that’s as festive as it is delicious. Our abundant buffet will feature seasonal dishes inspired by autumn’s harvest, alongside your favourite classics reimagined with a playful Halloween twist. From comforting savoury creations to decadent sweets with just the right touch of spooky, every bite is designed to delight guests of all ages.  

kick off the evening with an aperitif and seasonal bites, then let our passionate chefs guide you through two interactive workshops, the perfect moment to enjoy with colleagues, friends, or even on your own.   Pastry Workshop Discover the refined art of cream puffs during a demonstration followed by a hands-on session. Guided by our pastry brigade, you’ll learn the secrets of choux pastry, assembly techniques, and decoration. Take home our exclusive recipe to recreate these delicacies at home.   Pizza Workshop Step into the shoes of a true pizzaiolo and create your own pizza using fresh, local ingredients. Once out of the oven, enjoy your creation on the spot – solo or shared!

This free art walk unfolds across four iconic downtown properties: Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth, Place Ville Marie, Centre Eaton de Montréal, and Place Montréal Trust. Each property hosts a sculpture of one of the therapeutic characters imagined by Montreal artist Pony: Dandy, Anxiyeti, Kinzu, and Sponji.   Commissioned to design and produce this public art walk, the LNDMRK agency worked closely with Pony to bring to life this artistic experience, materialized through monumental sculptures. Conceived as points of comfort in the heart of the city, the characters open their arms symbolically to those who need it until December 15, 2025. The experience also extends online, where the public is invited to anonymously share caring testimonials.

For two weeks only, our Afternoon Tea becomes a festive ritual filled with the aromas and flavours of the season: refined teas that warm the soul, and savoury bites and sweet delights dressed in holiday sparkle. 

On Christmas Day and New Year’s morning, join us at Rosélys for a festive buffet brunch, overflowing with holiday delights for every taste. With Santa Claus joining the celebration, children and grown-ups alike will experience the magic of the season around every table.  

The evening begins with a welcoming kir, followed by an exquisite 7-course menu crafted by our passionate chef, Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin. Throughout the night, enjoy the rhythm of live music as each dish is served, creating the perfect backdrop for celebration.
