Bradley's nine-course tasting menu is further enhanced with selections from Addison's 12,000 bottle wine room and program showcasing top small producers, rare Champagnes and new discoveries from around the world. The tasting is available for the table at $355 per person. Additional costs apply for the pairing experience.
In his role as Director and Chef of Addison Restaurant, William Bradley conveys his persona and culinary prowess through a simple, yet inspired menu grounded by taste and technique. Since 2006, his contemporary California cuisine crafted with pristine ingredients from local farms, has led to global recognition for him and the restaurant.
