Frequently asked questions
Preferred guestroom rates are available with a 10+ room commitment per evening. Guestroom rates and a contract will be provided by a sales manager. Please note that you will be responsible for fulfilling the contracted guest rooms. Guest rooms less than ten rooms per night are offered at posted on-line rates.
Valet parking services are available at a rate of $25 per vehicle. This fee can be conveniently applied to the master account upon request. Alternatively, guests will pay their own valet parking charges at the time of service.
Two individual day use guest rooms will be provided on a complimentary basis. Access to the rooms is from 5:00 am – 5:00 pm on your wedding day.
The food and beverage minimum is the least amount of money that you will be required to spend on food and beverage items excluding tax and administration fee. The food and beverage minimum depends on the venue of choice that is selected. Labor, parking, site fees do not go towards food and beverage minimums. Couples typically spend approximately $350-$450 per guest for dinner receptions excluding tax and administration fee. The resort requires a three-course minimum for all dinner functions.
