Start your day energized with this full-body workout designed to improve strength and tone muscles while increasing your heart rate with intermittent cardio intervals.

TAI CHI MEDITATION
Tuesdays, 9:00 am – 9:30 am
Meditate, rejuvenate and energize with an easy array of Tai Chi modalities that will strengthen your breathing, core and posture.

YOGA FLOW
Wednesdays, 8:00 am – 9:00 am
“Just breathe” with a series of yoga poses that flow and move with the breath and focus on overall strength.

This low-impact, interval workout gives you a fun full-body workout with burpees, lunges, squats and mountain climbers — all performed on a board over water to engage your core muscles. Swim or athletic wear may be worn.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Thursdays, 8:00 am – 9:00 am
Start the day balanced and refreshed with our Restorative Yoga designed to increase flexibility and align posture.

MEDITATION + MIMOSAS
Saturdays, 8:30 am – 9:00 am
Deepen body awareness, calm the mind and connect to inner peacefulness as you flow into tranquility with guided breath and meditation. Reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia while heightening clarity, concentration and creativity. Come with an open mind and heart, and complete the blissful journey with a mimosa.

ANIMAL POSES  YOGA FOR KIDS
Saturdays, 10:45 am – 11:15 am
Roar into Lion Pose, mat surf in Dolphin Pose and feel froggy with Frog Pose. This fun and relaxing activity for kids introduces basic yoga postures and improves concentration — all while exploring the animal kingdom!

YOGAFLOAT
Saturdays, 11:30 am – 12:00 pm and 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm
Resigned to challenge balance and performed on a board over water, this practice merges breath with movement to strengthen body and mind. Swim or athletic wear may be worn.

ABS AND CORE
Sundays, 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Strengthen your core while specifically targeting the abs and glutes using a combination of body and free weight exercises.

FLOATING MEDITATION
Sundays, 10:00 am – 10:30 am
Enhances the power of meditation — calming our overactive minds and encouraging a feeling of weightlessness. Swim or athletic wear may be worn.
