Festive Season 2018

Celebrate the festive season at the Thames Foyer with an exclusive Festive Afternoon Tea: savoychristmas.com

Having recently won OpenTable Diners' Choice Awards 2018, the Thames Foyer is very much the heart of The Savoy.  A stunning glass dome floods this sociable spot  with wonderful natural light – and beneath this, a pianist serenades guests from a winter garden gazebo, as they enjoy our world-famous afternoon tea.

Guests can also indulge in a delicious breakfast, light dinner or evening drinks at the Thames Foyer.

Afternoon Tea at The Savoy

Afternoon Tea at The Savoy is an enduring custom where guests can choose from a range of teas served with finger sandwiches, homemade scones with clotted cream & jam and a mouth-watering selection of seasonal cakes and pastries created by The Savoy’s Executive Pastry Chef.

The Tiger Who Came to Tea at The Savoy

For what is The Savoy’s first children’s Afternoon Tea offering in its 129-year history, the iconic picture book The Tiger Who Came to Tea, written and illustrated by beloved author Judith Kerr and published by HarperCollins Children’s Books, will be the inspiration for a feast of teatime treats that are drawn from the tea that Sophie and her mummy shared with the visiting tiger in the story.

The Savoy’s pastry team have created a whimsical menu that will enchant children and bring delight to all grown-ups who are nostalgic for classic stories. The tea will be served on bespoke chinaware also inspired by the story and available to buy from Savoy Tea.

Please call The Savoy to book.
