2020 Fitness Classes
Aerial Hammock Yoga
Utilizing a fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling, this
unique yoga practice allows you to overcome gravity as you glide
and release into each pose.
Balance Motion
Using your body weight, light weights and other innovative
equipment, this class is designed to help you develop stability,
core strength, flexibility and range of motion.
Booty Barre Fitness
Techniques of Pilates, Yoga, upper body strengthening, lower
body strengthening and lengthening using Bender Ball and
bands. Exercises are designed to tighten, tone muscles without
adding bulk to create balance, posture, flexibility and improve
cardiovascular endurance.
Bungee Fitness
A full-body workout will have you soaring through the air, shredding inches and gaining strength while having fun!
Deep Yoga Stretch/Meditation
A very gentle stretch, combined with yin yoga, consisting of postures
on the floor that are held for an extended period of time (which
helps improve flexibility), ending with a guided Meditation.
Myofascial Release Yoga
Target the cause of discomfort by accessing
the body’s connective tissues, improving structural alignment,
enhancing flexibility, and increasing range of motion. We will
include both deep stretching and sustained holds in a dynamic
hands-on approach that will provide lasting results.
Plyometric Intervals
Heart-pumping full-body workout incorporating a variety of
drills combined with multi-joint exercise favorites.
Spin
A cardio workout on the stationary Star Trac Spinner bike.
Classes focus on sprints and climbs that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
Strength Training
Improve muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular
fitness using a variety of equipment to create a well-rounded
workout experience.
Thai Chi
A gentle physical exercise and stretching which incorporates
posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your
body is in constant motion.
Wall Pulley Experience
This class lets you explore new dimensions of strength and
mobility, while getting your heart rate up with dynamic intervals.
Class is done barefoot to enhance stability.
Wall Yoga
Straps and a harnesses attach you to the wall in order to perform
the moves of regular yoga poses, while incorporating inversions.
Hatha Yoga
A balanced yoga practice that uses slow movements, focuses on proper alignment and breathing.
Kundalini Yoga
A science of exercise designed to “fine tune the human potential” through movement, breath, mental concentration and sound. Benefits include: Flexibility, Strength, Immune Boost and Overall Well Being.
Restorative Yoga
A range of yoga props as well as breath and relaxation guidance
are used to contribute to a deep state of rest.
Pilates Mat
Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture,
proper breath control and flexibility. Each class works to
balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis
on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
Surfset Circuit
A total body conditioning circuit class, utilizing the surf board,
weights, resistant bands, bosu ball and kettle bells.
TRX Fusion
TRX suspension workout improves flexibility, endurance and
strengthens your core. Bosu and dumbbells maybe incorporated.
TRX/Surfset
Land-based surfing cardio conditioning, full-body strength and core workout followed by a 30 minute TRX Suspension training.
Wellfit
Challenging advanced full body circuit workout with multiple
styles that will benefit your total fitness levels and test your limits!
Yin Yoga
This practice works to open the body slowly with grounding
postures, long holds and utilizing props to support the body.
This practice is excellent for stiffness and increasing flexibility.
