It was an awesome overnight stay for two of us at a central location and newly renovated Fairmont and a nice view overlooking Singapore. The reception staff also kindly accommodated our early check in and late check out.

My pregnant wife and I had a terrible journey to Singapore, with a 26 hour delay and upon arrival at Changi we were told that our bag had been lost. This bag had all of our provisions for government quarantine in Hong Kong (which we were due to start two days later). From the moment we entered the hotel (at 3am, the staff did everything that they could to make our stay comfortable. We were told that they would arrange gym clothes for us while they helped us track down our bags. The hotel also waived our first night rate (the night we missed due to our delay). The airline located our bag the next day and the concierge had it ready for us. The room we had was spacious with a wonderful bathroom and while having a shorter stay than we intended due to airline delays, we left Singapore refreshed and ready for the 7 day government hotel quarantine in HK. While the room and location was great, it was the kindest and compassion of the hotel staff that we will remember.
Quality service, staffs are polite
You turned a situation that made me very sad (I mean that the airline company suddenly canceled our flight without informing us) into a wonderful holiday. I really thank you for this. The airline company, whose value in my eyes was so low, would almost forgive itself thanks to you.
My first time in Singapore, I enjoyed the city and the facilities. I booked with the breakfast option, I requested a room with the Marina Bay view however wasn’t granted. The breakfast options at Prego and Asian Market Cafe are below standards for a five star hotel.
If your looking for a place to stay at that is conveniently located, do consider the Fairmont. Service is good, rooms and amenities are well maintained, food is good.

Fairmont made us feel right at home. Their incredible hospitality and care for guests is like no other. They had notified us that there was a “do not disturb” sign on our door without our knowledge, and asked if we wanted room service. Fairmont Singapore had ensured a great stay for my family, and we would definitely go again!

Location of the hotel was fantastic and the refurbished rooms were really nice with all the techy stuff. Can't say the same of the service. As gold member, i didnt get the welcome amenity, they charged me for the minibar items, didn't send me the checkout invoice, then said they'll remove all mini bar items so that i won't be charged. But if guest rooms are to be checked before they are charged, why do they need to remove it? It was just a very disappointing end to what was a nice stay.
