Our Fairmont family welcomes you and your special, tail-wagging family member to the beautiful wine country. If there is anything we can do to enhance your stay with us, please don't hesitate to let us know. Let the adventure begin!

Pet Stay Benefits

Comfort pet amenity - a comfy dog or cat bed, blanket, water & food bowl - upon request. 

Pet treats available at the concierge desk.

A special welcome amenity is also offered for our furry friends including plush play toys, treats, and a discount at a local pet pampering store – Woof!

Hotel Pet Stay

A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay will apply - no more than two animals per guestroom.


The Housekeeping Department will have beds and bowls for dogs and cats, available upon request. Complimentary biodegradable pet waste pick-up bags and relief areas are available throughout the resort grounds.

Pet Policy

Any pet at the resort must be on a leash at all times and should not be left in the guest room. If left alone in the guest room, please hang the "Enjoying a Moment of Privacy" sign on the outside of your guest room door and note that no staff will enter your room. Please provide your contact information to the front desk in case of an emergency. Pets are not permitted in the Food & Beverage outlets and are not permitted in the spa pool areas, but leashed and well-behaved dogs are allowed at the fire pits, lawn areas, and the Main Pool; however, not in the water.

Service animals are always welcome and exempt from the daily charge and the restrictions regarding the Food & Beverage outlets, the Spa, and Pool regulations.
