Gardenia Rooms

For more intimate meetings or social functions, The Gardenia Room can be divided by soft walls into 3 separate function spaces or opened up to use the larger, cozy space. Located just outside, the Gardenia Foyer can play host to coffee breaks or breakout lunches.

Great Sound Lawn

High atop on a grassy hill overlooking the extraordinary Great Sound and with views stretching to the tip of the western end of the Island is The Fairmont Southampton's Great Sound Lawn, a perfect setting for larger Bermuda wedding gatherings. Dance under a canopy of stars as you enjoy the picturesque Bermuda views.

Mezzanine-Level Meeting Rooms

Host the perfect meeting or luncheon in one of the eight charming meeting spaces on the Mezzanine Level. Six of these rooms sit adjacent to each other, all featuring spectacular windows allowing you to enjoy natural light. Two more intimate spaces are just steps down the hallway, perfect for smaller meetings and groups.

Mid-Ocean Amphitheatre

Boasting state-of-the-art digital technology, the Mid-Ocean Amphitheatre is the ideal choice for engaging and interactive presentations. It equally lends itself to elegant receptions and banquets in its unique, tiered layout.

Ocean Club

Hugging the jagged coast and overlooking the pristine South Shore ocean and Fairmont's private beach, a dazzling Bermuda sunset awaits you. Featuring an indoors restaurant (which can be used privately with a buyout, or as a smaller group in the restaurant) and a stunning terrace overlooking the ocean, the breaking waves can be your soundtrack. The Ocean Club is the perfect venue for up to 150 people.

Pool Gallery

The Pool Gallery is elevated above the pool, overlooking the golf course and the beaches of the South Shore. Located outside the Conference Center foyer, the Pool Gallery has a beautiful, curved terrace featuring teak furniture and terra-cotta planters. This area is ideal for small groups for breakfast and lunch, and for receptions of up to 150 people.

Poolside

An elegant setting that can be used for evening events after 7:00 pm, the Poolside is beautifully decorated with palm trees and large terra-cotta planters. It is ideal for up to 500 people for receptions. Floating ice carvings of your group logo and tropical flowers are popular additions.

Waterlot Inn Gardens

Enjoy a great Bermudian tradition at the historic Waterlot Inn. Walk the graceful and well manicured gardens reciting your vows on the very spot where Bermuda weddings have taken place for over 300 years.

Windows on the Sound

Available for private lunches, dinners, and dancing, Windows on the Sound offers panoramic views of the Great Sound in a unique and elegant surrounding.
