Disappointment from the time I arrived and had to carry my luggage up the steps and even to my room. Prices for drinks and room service were more exorbitant than other comparable hotels. I won't stay here again

Had an unbelievable experience celebrating my sons wedding 9/9/23. It was especially meaningful because my husband and I were married at the Plaza Hotel 6/7/1986 and my parents were married at the Plaza Hotel 6/18/1955. We were thrilled beyond words with our stay !! We were granted an upgrade with our room and were most grateful. We had several lovely exchanges with staff members.

Love the Plaza and everything about it. We had an issue with our shower and were immediately upgraded to a suite. Great service, very attentive. Just wish we could come more.
I always have a great time staying here. But they never send my bill. So, I always have to call and ask them to send it. Other than that great ambiance for family and friends.

We had booked Edwardian suite and a connecting room with it. The suite had only one chair and sofa to sit on. My brother had booked another Edwardian suite which had Sofa and Three chairs plus an Ottoman for foot rest. The chairs and Ottoman were missing in 1330. Later after 3 days we asked for it and got it. In 1332 the AC was super cooling and not shutting off. Several engineers came by and tried . We could not change the room as it was connected to my parents suite. Finally managed to get an heater so that both together made the temperature ok. I must say the room service was amazing, bellmen Aziz and paul were very good. On the checkout Russell was excellent and he understood the problem. I had asked for compensation for 3 nights but the duty manager robert gave only 2 nights. For the amount we paid the experience was not good. I would only give 3 to 4 score out of 10 You guys need to work really hard for guests to come back to your hotel. Sorry for being honest.
Every aspect of our stay was fabulous- the room, the service, drinks at the Palm court. And the location on Central Park cannot be beat.
