We offer a range of fitness classes and activities to invigorate body, mind and soul. Try our seaside and sunset yoga or invigorating Pilates. Private and small group classes can be arranged with one or more of our talented instructors and can be customized to meet your specific needs.

Keep up your routine or start a new one at our airy 1,700 square foot Fitness Center. Work out with state-of-the-art cardio machines and weights or cycle, stretch and work on strength training. 

Spending the day in the spa or just want to enjoy a meal after your service? Relax and select from our spa lunch menu, offered from 11:00 a. m. to 3:00 p.m. daily. Contact the Spa Without Walls for more details. Lunches must be booked 24 hours in advance.
