Valentine's day dinner

An Unforgettable Valentine’s Dinner by the Sea

Celebrate love on 14 February at the Lobby Lounge of Fairmont Monte Carlo. Enjoy a refined four‑course Valentine’s Day dinner including a glass of champagne (€95 per person), featuring delicacies such as rich foie gras paired with tropical chutney, a fresh seafood carpaccio, a beautifully cooked sea bass with seasonal accompaniments, and a delicate raspberry‑lychee dessert.

Live jazz music and panoramic Mediterranean sea views complete the romantic and intimate atmosphere of this special evening.
