From October 22 to 26, Nobu Monte Carlo welcomes Maison Latour for an exclusive wine pairing experience, bringing together the refined flavours of Nobu’s Japanese cuisine with a curated selection of exceptional wines.   Available for €75 per person, the wine pairing offers the opportunity to discover Maison Latour through a carefully selected series of wines, designed to complement the distinctive culinary creations of Nobu Monte Carlo. A selection of Maison Latour wines will also be available by the glass, alongside a curated choice of bottles from the Maison Latour collection on the wine list.

In October, discover the October Rose, a Raspberry-Lychee pastry at the Lobby Lounge. A limited-edition confectionery inspired by the delicacy of the flower. Step behind the counter at Nobu Monte Carlo for a series of three Sushi Masterclasses, each led by the restaurant’s chefs. From November 19 to 23, Nobu Monte Carlo celebrates Wagyu, one of the treasures of Japanese gastronomy, with an exclusive six-course tasting menu.   From Japanese A5 to Chilean A4 Wagyu, each carefully selected cut is elevated through Nobu’s signature flavours and techniques.
