Each log is thoughtfully crafted to be the perfect centerpiece for your holiday table.   Now a yearly tradition, our beloved Coffret Artisans also returns. This refined feast for two features seven gourmet dishes, including Chef Mathieu Couture’s iconic Beef Wellington with Perigord sauce.   Prefer to curate your own menu? Explore our selection of à la carte dishes, from appetizers to mains and sides, designed to elevate your holiday dining with ease.

    Our culinary workshops are back for 2026, this time paired with Marché Artisans' gourmet all-you-can-eat brunch. After enjoying a delicious meal, let our passionate chefs guide you through interactive workshops, perfect to enjoy with colleagues, friends, or even on your own.   Chocolate Workshop - Saturday, February 28 Dive into the world of cocoa: temper, mold, and personalize your own chocolate creations.   Pizza Workshop - Saturday, March 7 Step into the shoes of a true pizzaiolo and create your own pizza using fresh, local ingredients. Once out of the oven, enjoy your creation on the spot – solo or shared!   Maple Pastry Workshop - Saturday, March 21 Discover the refined art of puff pastries during a demonstration followed by a hands-on session. Guided by our pastry brigade, you’ll learn the secrets of choux pastry, assembly techniques, and decoration. Take home our exclusive recipe to recreate these delicacies at home.   Easter Workshop - Saturday, April 4 Unleash your creativity by decorating your own festive eggs to take home and share.
