After enjoying a delicious meal, let our passionate chefs guide you through interactive workshops, perfect to enjoy with colleagues, friends, or even on your own.   Chocolate Workshop - Saturday, February 28 Dive into the world of cocoa: temper, mold, and personalize your own chocolate creations.   Pizza Workshop - Saturday, March 7 Step into the shoes of a true pizzaiolo and create your own pizza using fresh, local ingredients. Once out of the oven, enjoy your creation on the spot – solo or shared!   Maple Pastry Workshop - Saturday, March 21 Discover the refined art of puff pastries during a demonstration followed by a hands-on session. Guided by our pastry brigade, you’ll learn the secrets of choux pastry, assembly techniques, and decoration. Take home our exclusive recipe to recreate these delicacies at home.   Easter Workshop - Saturday, April 4 Unleash your creativity by decorating your own festive eggs to take home and share.

On February 13 and 14, Chef Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin presents a refined three-course menu, thoughtfully crafted to highlight elegant flavours and seasonal ingredients. Each course is designed to unfold gently, creating a memorable dining experience made for sharing with someone special.

For Valentine’s Day, Marché Artisans presents a thoughtfully curated meal kit for two, designed to be enjoyed at home.   Share a memorable dining experience with a three-course menu that brings together the expertise of Chef Mathieu Couture for the savoury courses and Chef Jean-Marc Guillot for a refined sweet finale.   Our offer is available from February 12 to 15.
