After enjoying a delicious meal, let our passionate chefs guide you through interactive workshops, perfect to enjoy with colleagues, friends, or even on your own.   Chocolate Workshop - Saturday, February 28 Dive into the world of cocoa: temper, mold, and personalize your own chocolate creations.   Pizza Workshop - Saturday, March 7 Step into the shoes of a true pizzaiolo and create your own pizza using fresh, local ingredients. Once out of the oven, enjoy your creation on the spot – solo or shared!   Maple Pastry Workshop - Saturday, March 21 Discover the refined art of puff pastries during a demonstration followed by a hands-on session. Guided by our pastry brigade, you’ll learn the secrets of choux pastry, assembly techniques, and decoration.
