After enjoying a delicious meal, let our passionate chefs guide you through interactive workshops, perfect to enjoy with colleagues, friends, or even on your own.   Chocolate Workshop - Saturday, February 28 Dive into the world of cocoa: temper, mold, and personalize your own chocolate creations.   Pizza Workshop - Saturday, March 7 Step into the shoes of a true pizzaiolo and create your own pizza using fresh, local ingredients. Once out of the oven, enjoy your creation on the spot – solo or shared!   Maple Pastry Workshop - Saturday, March 21 Discover the refined art of puff pastries during a demonstration followed by a hands-on session. Guided by our pastry brigade, you’ll learn the secrets of choux pastry, assembly techniques, and decoration. Join us for Brunch & Paint, in collaboration with Canvas Club.   The idea: enjoy a gourmet buffet brunch, then dive into a guided painting workshop on a tote bag. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to try something new, a Canvas Club expert will be there to offer tips, inspiration, and hands-on guidance throughout the session.

  • Nuit Blanche Montréal 2026

    Saturday, February 28, 2026 From 7 p.m. to 1 a.m.

    As part of Nuit Blanche 2026, Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth partners with Cinéma Cinéma to present a unique evening dedicated to short films at Espace 21. Perched on the 21st floor, this striking venue offers sweeping views of Montreal, an ideal setting for a cinematic journey through the city.   The program features a curated selection of short films created between 1947 and 2023, each exploring Montreal through different eras, perspectives, and moods. Screenings will run on a continuous loop from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., allowing guests to drop in and experience the program at their own pace. A bar will be open throughout the evening, inviting attendees to sip, watch, and take in the city from above.

  • Montréal en Lumière at Rosélys

    Two special events

    As part of Montréal en Lumière, Rosélys invites you to experience two exceptional evenings celebrating culinary creativity and collaboration.    On February 26, Chef Arnaud Marchand, renowned for his expertise in Québec’s boreal cuisine, joins us for a five-course experience inspired by the philosophy and identity of his celebrated establishments.    On March 6, Chef Fisun Ercan brings her heartfelt interpretation of modern Turkish cuisine to Rosélys with a five-course menu showcasing signature creations and Mediterranean influences, offering a vibrant and generous culinary experience.

    Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth is home to 123 works by Québec and Canadian artists, thoughtfully curated in collaboration with MASSIVart Collection. In partnership with Tours Carpe Diem Montréal, guests are invited to explore this unique collection through guided visits that reveal the stories, inspiration, and creative vision behind each piece, transforming the hotel into a true cultural destination.
