Our innovative In-Room Dining menu is filled with delectable entrees, creative selections and an array of unique services such as Serenity Baths, Movie Snacks and Hospitality Services. 

Signature Menu Items

* Warm Mushroom and Prosciutto Crackling Crostini - One of our chef's favorites!  This appetizer is topped with pearl onions and covered with melted Swiss Rachelete Cheese

* Lemon Pepper Crusted Fillet of Florida Snapper - Served on a bed of bonita mash with spinach and roasted peppers.  Orange oil and aged balsamic syrup are drizzled on top of this grilled specialty.

* Roasted Chicken Breast - Marinated in thyme and chili served atop a bed of arugula.  Fingerling potatoes and a baked tomato smothered with melted Feta cheese accompany this delicious entree.

* Double Colorado Lamb Chops - Grilled to perfection!  Presented with a baked tomato topped with melted cheese.

* Warm Bittersweet Chocolate Torte - This yummy dessert is delivered fresh from the oven and topped with homemade banana ice cream and gooey caramel sauce
