American Childcare will provide your family with childcare support during the day, for those special evenings away, weekends and holidays. Bell Staff
Bellmen are located at the Entry Pavillion and in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Housekeeping
The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the best possible comfort to all our guests. They also handle all requests for lost and found items.

Wireless Internet Access is available in the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park throughout the Lobby Level and in the foyers of the 2nd, 3rd and B2 Levels. High Speed WiFi Internet access suited for internet browsing, web based email and social networking ($13.95 plus tax per 24-hour period; complimentary for members of Fairmont President's Club). Premium High Speed WiFi Internet access ideal for VPN (corporate users), video, online entertainment, streaming and downloading ($23.95 plus tax per 24-hour period; $10.00 for members of Fairmont President's Club). Guests are able to input their credit card number in the appropriate field for automatic billing.

Same-day laundry service and overnight shoe shine is available. Pressing service is offered 24-hours a day.
Parking
The hotel's valet parking charges (including tax) are as follows:
- Up to Two hours: $26.00
- Two to Six hours: $38.00
- Six to 24-hours and overnight parking: $62.00
Pet Policy
Pets under 20 pounds are permitted in the hotel. The animal must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge.
Wheelchair Accessibility
There are rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms feature wide doorways, lower door handles, lower light switches and grab bars in the bathroom.
