Drawing inspiration from Queen Victoria's role as the Empress of India, this colonial style lounge is known throughout Victoria for its authentic curry buffet and signature cocktail menu. While new restaurants and lounges appear in Victoria regularly, The Bengal Lounge is a favourite of residents and visitors alike.

Overlooking our stately gardens, the richly appointed Bengal Lounge offers not only a delicious curry lunch and dinner buffet but also an impressive international à la carte menu.  Cocktail and martini aficionados will appreciate our vast selection of signature drinks.

Thursday - Sunday  - 11:30am to midnight 

Monday - Wednesday - 11:30am to 11pm

A la carte dining menus available Sunday through Thursday 11:30 a.m.  to 10:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. 

  • Curry Lunch Buffet served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Curry Dinner Buffet served daily from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Thursday Nights 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Hal Fraser- Experience the talented Hal Fraser as he captivates the Bengal Lounge by playing a wide repertoire of songs, including everything from classic jazz to contemporary favourites.

Friday Nights   8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Chris Millington Band - Enjoy the smooth sounds of sax man Chris Millington of Victoria's vibrant music scene. A favourite of locals and visitors alike.

Saturday Nights  8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Sunday Nights 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Kristina Helene- This talented duo awakens old jazz standards in hopes of bringing it into new generations and renewing it for those who hold this genre dear to their hearts. With Kristina's sultry voice and Thomas' wistfulness upon the keys, they bring the perfect balance of passion and charm captivating audiences from beginning to end. 

Dress Code

Dress code is business casual. Please no torn jeans, short shorts, cut off pants, beach wear, flip flops or baseball caps.
