  • Thanksgiving Turkey To Go

    Spend less time in the kitchen and more time with loved ones. This year, let the culinary team at Fairmont Empress prepare your Thanksgiving feast! With seamless ordering and pickup, it comes complete with all the traditional fixings ready to heat and serve. Turkey to go includes whole herb-brined and slow-roasted free-range turkey, sourdough-sage stuffing, creamy mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, maple-roasted roots, Brussels sprouts with double-smoked bacon and confit onion, rich turkey gravy, house-made cranberry-apple chutney, and dinner rolls.   ORDER BY: Thursday, October 8 | 12:00 PM PICK-UP: Sunday, October 11 | 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM FULL TURKEY: $599 plus taxes | serves 8-10 people *We politely decline substitutions or changes for the turkey to go menu.   • Move for Wishes - Pilates in the Palm

    Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026

    Fairmont Empress is bringing the community together for Pilates in the Palm, a special wellness event supporting Make-A-Wish. Led by fitness instructor Kelly Carbery, the Pilates session will raise funds for children with critical illnesses and their families.   Join us on Saturday, September 19th, for this 45-minute purposeful class in the refined surroundings of the Palm Court to support a cause that brings hope, joy, and lasting memories to children around the world. After your work out, enjoy a relaxing cup of tea and freshly baked scones.   This special event is part of Fairmont’s global Move for Wishes initiative, bringing people together through movement, well-being, and a shared commitment to help make heartfelt wishes come true. 100% of ticket proceeds go towards Make-A-Wish.   EVENT DETAILS: WHAT: Pilates in the Palm WHEN: Saturday, September 19, starting at 9:00am WHERE: Palm Court, Fairmont Empress PRICE: minimum $50 donation per person Make sure to bring a mat and water bottle!
