The Notch8 Private Dining Room has been transformed to take you on a journey into the magic and wonder of the holiday season. As the steam rises from your perfectly steeped cup of tea, indulge in delectable finger sandwiches, panna cotta, scones and festive pastries created by our in-house Pastry Shop.
If your tiny tot is joining, we offer a Children's Tea that includes finger sandwiches, cookies, scones and other delicious treats.

Join Fairmont Hotel Vancouver for a delicious breakfast buffet and exclusive meet & greet with Santa before TELUS presents the Vancouver Santa Claus Parade. Filled with wonder and excitement, children will have an opportunity to sit with Santa and confide their Christmas wish list before he presides over the festive parade at noon.

Get into the holiday spirit with a tipsy twist on traditional gingerbread decorating! Guests will enjoy festive libations and canapes, and with the assistance of our Pastry Chef, D'Oyen Christie, decorate a gingerbread house to take home for the holidays.

Holiday magic is in the air as our Pacific Ballroom is adorned with Christmas trees and traditional décor. Our Fairmont elves serve up a Christmas Eve dinner buffet filled with sumptuous favourites, traditional carvings and decadent desserts! Live entertainment will serenade you and loved ones.


 

KRIS KRINGLE CHRISTMAS DAY DINNER BUFFET

Celebrate this special day at our Castle in the heart of Vancouver. A lavish holiday buffet awaits as our chefs take you on a gastronomic journey with traditional carvery offerings, array of succulent seafood and decadent festive desserts. Our chefs will prepare a delicious dinner, while you relax with loved ones. Turkey To-Go includes a whole roasted Fraser Valley turkey, sage & sausage stuffing, roasted vegetables, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, giblet gravy and spiced pumpkin pie created by our in-house Pastry Shop.

After the presents have been opened, join us for delectable brunch favourites including a live carving station.

NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER
Join Notch8 for a delicious five-course dinner and toast at midnight, with live music by the Don Stewart Quartet.
December 31st :: 8:30pm - 2am :: $180 per person
