The Spirit of Scotland  is an exclusive four-part dining series celebrating four legendary Scottish whiskey houses: House of Hazlewood, The Macallan, The Dalmore and Glenmorangie. Each evening features a thoughtfully curated, multi-course menu inspired by autumn’s bounty, expertly paired with rare and distinguished Scotch whiskies—from delicate Highland drams to robust, peated expressions.

  • Move For Wishes | Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

    On September 25, 2026, join us in the iconic Pacific Ballroom at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver for a unique and energizing ballet conditioning class led by Ballet BC MOVE instructor. In support of Move for Wishes, 100% of ticket proceeds of this event will be directly donated to Make-A-Wish to help grant wishes to children with critical illnesses. Strengthen, lengthen, and refine your body with this unique ballet conditioning class led by Ballet BC MOVE instructor Shana Wolfe. This beginner class will introduce the basic steps, technique, and exercises of a ballet barre (without the barre) as well as centre work, with a focus on proper alignment so that you can feel safe and comfortable. Designed to enhance core stability, flexibility, and muscular endurance, Shana will lead you through foundational ballet strengthening with targeted exercises in a fun, expertly-guided movement experience. No experience necessary, just come and have fun! To wrap up the class, Sandy Pandher will guide you through a short sound bath meditation.
