- from 6.30am to 11am - buffet and à la carte breakfast
- from noon to 3pm - buffet lunch and menu
- from 3pm to 6pm - à la carte menu
- from 6pm to 7pm - cocktails and drinks
- from 7pm to 11.30pm - à la carte dinner or special tasting menu
