Fairmont Monte Carlo organizes selective waste collection in partnership with local institutions, including the collection of cooking oils and sensitive waste. Marine Energy at Fairmont Monte Carlo
At Fairmont Monte Carlo, the Seawergie program harnesses the natural temperature of the sea to heat and cool the hotel through thalassothermal loops.
This innovative marine renewable energy system significantly reduces the hotel’s environmental impact, cutting over 2,000 tons of CO₂ annually in the Principality, while ensuring year-round comfort for our guests.
Responsible Resource Management
At Fairmont Monte Carlo, sustainability is integrated into daily operations. We optimize water and energy consumption, reduce waste, and prioritize recycling across the property to lower our carbon footprint. We also encourage our guests to take part in this commitment by measuring and understanding the environmental impact of their stay through our carbon footprint calculator.
