Continuing with our culinary philosophy of sourcing only the best products available for our guests, giovane café is taking coffee to new heights with the introduction of Stumptown Coffee Roasters. Founded in Portland, OR in 1999, they are known for pioneering the idea of working directly with coffee farmers, providing a transparency in the ‘supply chain’ and rewarding farmers on the quality of the bean produced.
