Re-opening for the season Wednesday, May 28, 2026

Join us as we transform the hotel’s front plaza into a dynamic summer destination with the launch of the Pac Rim Sports Patio — an energetic outdoor gathering space featuring a large outdoor screen broadcasting key sporting events throughout the season.

Returning for its second year, the Pac Rim Food Truck joins forces with local craft beer pioneers 33 Acres Brewing Company, blending small-batch brews, bold flavours, and a curated lineup of summer sporting events — all served alfresco. This year’s menu features fresh, made-to-order tacos, alongside a selection of 33 Acres’ favourites.

New this summer, the patio will welcome the Hype Chocolate Tu’i Hiapsek Treats Trailer, offering guests handcrafted chocolate, sweet & savory bannock, small-batch ice cream, specialty coffee beverages, and a Pac Rim-inspired Matcha Latte.
