ATM

An ATM is located in the PNC Bank on 5th Avenue in Three PNC Plaza. ATM is accessible from the lobby.

Bell Staff

Bellmen are located at the main Market Street entrance to the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon)

24 hours cancellation notice is required.

Concierge

The Concierge is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They can help you arrange dinner reservations and give you directions to major attractions. To assist with pre-arrival requirements please contact Our Concierge .

The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service including turn-down service upon request to ensure the best possible comfort of all our guests.

Pittsburgh’s award-winning men and women's clothier Larrimor’s is conveniently located next door to the hotel in One PNC Plaza. Great for suiting, special occasion shopping or last-minute purchases of ties, shoes, socks and more.

Laundry

Same-day laundry service and overnight shoe shine is available. Pressing service is available upon request.

Fairmont Pittsburgh offers the following valet parking services:

  • Daytime (0-3 hours): $17
  • Daytime (3-5 hours): $24
  • All Day: $24
  • Overnight: $32
  • Event Rate (4pm and after, excluding overnight): $20
  • Weekend Event: $20

Self-parking is also available in the Three PNC Plaza Garage (located underneath the hotel). Public parking rates apply.

Pet Policy

Pets of all sizes are welcome in the hotel at a cost of $25/night. The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Guide dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.

A safe is located in each guest room and suite for your convenience.

Wheelchair Accessibility

There are eight (8) ADA accessible rooms at the hotel. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.
