Habitat restaurant, located on the second floor of Fairmont Pittsburgh, serves seasonal cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Executive Chef Jason Dalling and his award-winning culinary team start with the best quality ingredients to create simple yet elegant dishes. Habitat is also home to a lavish weekend brunch, numerous holiday events and monthly cooking classes.
