Shuckers

Boasting the beautifully carved oak paneling and unique tin ceiling of the haberdashery it once was in the 1930's, Shuckers is one of Seattle's oldest and most pre-eminent oyster bars.  With a daily menu featuring a selection of fresh fish and seafood, Shuckers brims with 13 different kinds of oysters prepared nine different ways and features local artisan microbrews. 

The Zagat 2005 Restaurant Survey coins Shuckers as a 'Seattle classic' that is one of the 'best seafood restaurants in town' with 'great ambiance' and 'excellent service.'

Mix and match your favorite Shuckers dishes for a quick and satisfying lunch. Select two items for $10 or three for $15. Anyway you slice it, it's a gourmet lunch at a great price.  Choices include:

Oyster Selection:

Oysters are seasonal and can be prepared house-smoked, baked, Olympic, Rockefeller, Kilpatrick, Provencal, pan-fried, barbeque and bacon, or simply on the half shell.

Starters:

• Applewood Smoked King Salmon with Traditional Garnish and Onion Rye 
• Crispy Pacific Calamari with Scotch Bonnet Aioli 
• Steamed Clams or Mussels with Guiness, Garlic, Chorizo

Entrées:

• Daily Fresh Fish Specials with Unique Side Preparations              
• Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Dungeness Crab with Baby Yellow Fin Potatoes

Please Note: Shuckers is closed for Lunch on Sundays. 

Dress Code:

Attire for Shuckers is casual.
