The Georgian, now celebrating its 20th year rated as a AAA 4 Diamond restaurant, features French-inspired Northwest cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Gavin Stephenson in Seattle's premier dining room. The Georgian offers The Petite, an exclusive private dining room with seating for up to twelve guests, which is perfect for an intimate get together. The Georgian also features live jazz music Friday evening from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

You and your loved one will enjoy the savory, local, and romantic creations of Executive Chef Gavin Stephenson as well as the smooth seductive sounds of a four piece band all creating the ideal Valentine's Day to remember.
Special Valentine's Day menu is available Friday, February 12 thru Sunday, February 14 during dinner service from 5:30 pm till close at 10:00 pm.
