In-Room Provisions: This stay plan includes food and water bowls, a bed, toilet sheet, trash bin, toy, chewing bone, and dog-walking map. Please bring your dog’s preferred food and essentials if needed.
Luxury Bed: Please send your dog’s name, high-res photo, and embroidery details upon booking. Bed delivery after stay available at shipping cost.
Breakfast: Breakfast is served via room service. Enjoy a relaxing morning with your beloved dog.
Dog Policy:
- Dogs must be current with vaccinations and immunizations as mandated by Japan's Rabies Prevention Act. Certification is required at booking.
- One dog (up to 15kg) per room, up to 15kg in weight, is allowed.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times in the lobby areas (1st and 35th floors) and be carried or placed in a secure carrier or bag when using the elevator or traversing guestroom floor corridors.
- Dogs are not permitted in hotel's restaurants, bars, outdoor terraces, banquet and meeting rooms, the spa, gym, or retail shops.
- Dogs left alone in guestrooms must be crated or in a cage or a carrier. (Housekeeping can provide a cage upon request, and it can be set up in advance if requested at booking.) Housekeeping service will not be provided if the dog is unrestrained in the room during cleaning. If you will be leaving your pet alone in the room temporarily, please notify the reception in advance.
Responsibilities: Guests are liable for damages or excessive cleaning caused by their dog, with charges applied to the credit card on file. Troublesome behaviors like barking or biting will result in the dog being crated, carrier-contained, or asked to leave the hotel. Guests assume full responsibility for injuries or property damage their dog causes to other guests, employees, or visitors.
Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of stay, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before 18:00 (local time), up to 14 days prior to arrival, incur no charge. Afterward, the first night will be charged.
Changes to Reservation: Changes to the reservation, including stay dates or room type, may affect the availability of the promotion and the applied discount. Any changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and may result in a revised rate.
Children Policy: Children up to 12 years old may stay with parents with existing beds. An extra bed with a fee of JPY25,520 per night is available on request, subject to availability. (JPY38,280 for Suites & Fairmont Gold rooms)
