Ideal for intimate meetings, meal breaks, or breakout sessions, the Diplomat Room is located on the 3rd floor with 400 square feet of space and a capacity of 30 guests.

Ideal for mid-sized meetings, meal breaks, or breakout sessions, the Gold Room is located on the 2nd floor with 3,850 square feet of space and a capacity of 320 guests.

Our largest and most versitile venue at Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, with 16,100 square feet of unobstructed space, featuring five crystal chandeliers and a built-in state-of-the-art audio-visual booth. The Imperial Ballroom has a seated capacity of up to 2,000 guests and includes a 4,700 square foot pre-function space.

Our second largest space at Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, with 9,600 square feet of unobstructed space, featuring two crystal chandeliers and a built-in state-of-the-art audio-visual booth. The International Ballroom comfortably seats up to 1,000 guests and includes a pre-function space and four other meeting spaces on the same floor.

The newly renovated Millennium Room features stunning natural light, modern design and artwork, and 4,900 square feet of meeting space. With 17 foot ceilings and a 400-person capacity, this space is a showstopper for any occasion.

Ideal for small meetings and events, meal breaks, or breakout sessions, the Regal Room has 700 square feet of space and a capacity of 60 guests.

Ideal for small and mid-sized meetings, meal breaks, or breakout sessions, the 3rd floor Regent Room has 1,600 square feet of space and a capacity of 160 guests.

Ideal for small meetings and events, meal breaks, or breakout sessions, the Royal Room has 550 square feet of space and a capacity of 60 guests.

The Ambassador Room, located on the second floor, is perfect for a  small conference or a breakout. At 1,200 Sq. Ft. it can comfortably accommodate 120 guests. 

Located on the second floor, the State Room is perfect for a small conference or a breakout, comfortably accommodating up to 160 guests. 

At 800 sq. ft., the Embassy Room is perfect for a board meeting or a small breakout. This space can accommodate up to 60 guests.
