From Japanese A5 to Chilean A4 Wagyu, each carefully selected cut is elevated through Nobu’s signature flavours and techniques. Discover a journey through exceptional textures and flavours, from Wagyu Sando and smoked Wagyu tenderloin to Wagyu sushi, slow-cooked short ribs and a refined Wagyu millefeuille.
