Our dedicated concierge team is available to assist with a variety of personalized services, including arranging transportation, booking tours and activities, and providing recommendations in New Orleans. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.

Fairmont New Orleans is set to open in 2026, introducing a vibrant new chapter of luxury in the heart of the city with elevated accommodations, celebrated dining, and unique experiences inspired by the spirit of New Orleans.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm

Check-out time is 11:00 am

Valet parking is available for all guests. 

  • Overnight: $65 (plus tax)
  • Dining Reservations: $10 (plus tax) for up to 2.5 hours
  • Spa: $10 (plus tax) for up to 2.5 hours
  • 0-3 hours: $20 (plus tax)
  • 3-8 hours: $30 (plus tax)
  • 8-12 hours: $40 (plus tax) 

Fairmont New Orleans welcomes pets weighing up to 25 pounds for a one time fee of $150. The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest.

Printing, copying and binding services are available at the Concierge Desk. Please contact purchasing for any package delivery or shipping needs.

Explore our fitness center located on the 19th floor and open 24 hours.  Hotel and spa guests will be provided key access.

Guest Services

The Concierge is available 24 hours a day in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They can assist with dining reservations and provide directions to popular attractions.

Bell staff are located at the entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Our Housekeeping team is pleased to offer twice-daily service, including turn-down service upon request, to ensure the comfort of our guests.

Same-day laundry service and overnight shoe shine service are available Monday–Friday. Pressing service is available upon request.

We are pleased to offer the use of in-room safety deposit boxes.

Make the most of your stay

Fairmont New Orleans is delighted to provide complimentary house car service on a first-come, first-served basis, for drops-offs only within a one-mile radius of the hotel. This service is available exclusively to members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless. Please visit the bell desk to check on availability and present your ALL membership for access.

Our rooftop pool offers resort-style amenities and showcases the city’s expanding skyline. Enjoy your day basking in the Louisiana sunshine. The pool is available to hotel guests only. No pets allowed, service pets are always welcome.
