Preferred guestroom rates are available with a 10+ room commitment per evening. Guestroom rates and a contract will be provided by a sales manager. Please note that you will be responsible for fulfilling the contracted guest rooms. Guest rooms less than ten rooms per night are offered at posted on-line rates.

Two individual day-use meeting rooms will be provided on your wedding day. Please note that the bride and bridesmaids typically get ready in the bride’s room or suite. Logistically, this often works best, as everything needed is already in the room. We encourage you to connect with your Catering Manager for curated recommendations to elevate your wedding day experience, including enhancements such as a mimosa bar and customized breakfast or lunch offerings.
Fairmont New Orleans’ culinary team provides all food and beverage at the hotel. In certain circumstances, we may permit a licensed caterer to utilize our facilities with the proper documentation and under the supervision of our Executive Chef. Please contact our Catering Team to inquire about pricing and terms related to these arrangements.
Our wedding packages include a wedding cake; however, you are welcome to provide your own if you prefer. If the cake is sourced from an outside vendor, a cake-cutting fee of $6 per person will apply, in addition to the mandatory service charge and applicable sales tax. Please connect with your Catering Manager for additional details.
We are unable to accommodate ceremony-only event space rentals without the reception also being hosted at Fairmont New Orleans.
Wedding photography at the hotel is reserved exclusively for Fairmont New Orleans couples.
Food and beverage selections must be finalized and confirmed with your Catering Manager at least 30 days prior to your wedding date.
The hotel requires the final guaranteed guest count to be provided to your Catering Manager no later than 12:00 PM, seven business days prior to your scheduled event.
