Rates and inclusions vary according to the selected package, room category, occupancy, and length of stay. Breakfast is served at Marine Restô for standard accommodations and at Gold Lounge for Fairmont Gold accommodations.
The Fairmont Rio Private Area at Sapucaí is valid for one night during the Carnival period, on the guest’s chosen date and subject to availability. Access is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
The Masquerade Ball on February 12, 2027, is included in the Champions’ Parade packages. All stays must be prepaid and are non-refundable in case of changes or cancellations. An additional 10% service charge, 5% ISS tax, and a daily tourism fee of R$13 per apartment apply. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
