FIG’s culinary team has crafted a three-course menu that captures the very best of Southern California’s seasonal bounty.From the delicate sweetness of local peaches and burrata to the warmth of herb-stuffed Amish chicken and the indulgence of a malted chocolate mousse cake, every course tells a story of thoughtful, locally inspired cooking at its finest.

Dine LA returns this summer, and Chef Masa Shimakawa has crafted a menu that showcases the finest of Japanese technique and the precision that has made Soko one of LA's most sought-after sushi experiences.

Begin with a Bluefin Tuna Sashimi Assortment, followed by the richness of Miyazaki A5 Wagyu with yuzu pepper jus, and finish with Chef Masa's own selection of seasonal nigiri and his signature maki roll.

The Miramar Beach Picnic is a thoughtfully curated seaside picnic experience that turns a day at the beach into something truly special. Bring the whole family, we accommodate groups of 2 to 20 guests, with every detail beautifully arranged for your group. Guests will arrive to their own setup complete with a picnic table, pillows, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and games for the whole family to enjoy.

This Labor Day weekend, hotel guests are invited to an unforgettable luau in the Miramar Gardens beneath the palms. Join us every Saturday for a fun, hands-on, pizza–making experience in the Potting Shed at FIG Restaurant. Kids will roll out fresh dough, spread sauce, and add their favorite toppings as they build their own pizza. Class includes choice of sweet or savory pizza, a classic root beer float, and children’s chef hat and apron while they create.

Join us poolside at The Miramar Pool for our Summer Weekend BBQ Series, a refined and fun culinary experience featuring rotating, chef-driven menus inspired by global flavors.
