This Memorial Day weekend, hotel guests are invited to an unforgettable luau in the Miramar Gardens beneath the palms. Experience an authentic Hawaiian-style menu, featuring a Poke bowl and Kalua Pork station, featuring huli huli chicken, coconut shrimp, macadamia-crusted mahi mahi, and more. Enjoy live music at sunset and a captivating Samoan Fire Knife performance, with handcrafted cocktails available for purchase from the tiki bar. *This event is complimentary for hotel guests only.

Class includes choice of sweet or savory pizza, a classic root beer float, and children’s chef hat and apron while they create.
