Welcome to EVE by Hennessy, an intimate after-dark hideaway at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. A place for good conversations, spontaneous toasts, familiar faces and new connections. Where exceptional cocktails, great music and unexpected experiences set the scene for evenings that feel a little different. Gather with friends, raise a glass to a special occasion and discover new sounds. Whether there’s something to celebrate or you’re simply in the mood to get together, EVE is a place to settle in, connect and see where the night takes you.

    *EVE will be closed on Christmas Eve, December 24, Christmas Day, December 25, and December 31 for New Year's Eve.

EVE primarily operates on a first-come, first-seated basis, with reservations released in limited quantities. We encourage guests to arrive early and connect with our host team to secure their seat.

Please note: Patrons must be 19 years of age to enter EVE.
