A rich and layered cocktail featuring Buzz Cut Macaloney Whisky, locally crafted with Vancouver Island honey, balanced with Drambuie and Kahlua, and lifted by house-made jalapeño fire bitters and orange bitters. 

          

    • Macaloney’s Island Distillery Whisky Flight | 48
      Explore the depth and character of Vancouver Island whisky with a curated tasting flight featuring three distinctive expressions from Macaloney's Island Distillery. Each flight includes a guided tasting card designed to highlight flavour notes and craftsmanship across the range.

                       

    • Live Tasting Table Experience
      Throughout the afternoon, Macaloney’s Island Distillery will host a dedicated tasting table experience in the restaurant.
