      He began his career in Sapporo before refining his craft at Vancouver’s Keefer Bar and later leading Bar Trench in Tokyo (Asia’s 50 Best Bars No.16, 2018). After opening award-winning Bar Ars & Delecto in Shanghai, he returned to Sapporo to launch OWL & ROOSTER, selected for 50 Best Discovery in 2022.
