Check-in time is guaranteed from 3:00pm and Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Should you arrive in advance of check-in time and your room be in the final stages of preparation, the team would be delighted to store your luggage and extend the full guest facilities for your usage until your room is ready.

The Savoy has an expert Concierge team who will assist with restaurant reservations, city and tour information, theatre tickets, flight transfers, and any other requests guests may have.
Florists
The Savoy’s in-house creative floral team are on hand to advise and help plan every aspect of your stay or event down to the very last detail, whether it’s an exquisite bouquet for a special occasion, or an elaborate display. Flowers can be ordered by both In-House-Guests and non-residents.

Located on the third floor of the hotel, a magnificent swimming pool is situated in its own atrium with natural light and equipped with a jet-stream for the more energetic to swim against the current. Approximately 35 miles south of The Savoy, London Gatwick Airport is under 1 hour 40 minutes by car, or 30 minutes by Gatwick Express to Victoria station and then a further 15 minutes by London Underground.

The Concierge desk is located in the Front Hall and is open from 8.00am to 10.00pm daily.
