Indoor Venue (Massiliya)

  • The entire ballroom floor must be fully covered as part of the event setup.
  • All decorations, lighting, and sound systems must be arranged through the guest’s appointed event planner.
  • The guaranteed check-in time is 15:00 hours.
  • Early check-in is subject to room availability and can only be confirmed on the day of the event.
  • Minimum Number of Guest 60 , Minimum Spend AED 15,000 

 

Outdoor Venue (Piazza Garden)

  • All decorations, lighting, and sound systems must be arranged through the guest’s appointed event planner.
  • The guaranteed check-in time is 15:00 hours.
  • Early check-in is subject to room availability and can only be confirmed on the day of the event.
  • Minimum Number of Guest 150 , Minimum Spend AED 35,000
  • Cutoff time 23:00 HRS.
  • Sound volume must be controlled and comply with hotel regulations at all times
